Chipotle-Citrus Club Sandwich

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tablespoon chipotle pepper adobo sauce (or to taste)
- 3 slices whole grain bread
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 3 tomato slices
- 3 slices cooked bacon
- 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
Instructions
- Combine orange juice, oil and chipotle pepper in food processor or blender until smooth.
- Toast bread and spread 1 side of each bread slice with chipotle-citrus sauce.
- Assemble sandwich by placing one slide of bread, sauce-side-up, on a plate. Layer with lettuce, tomato and bacon. Then add another slide of bread and layer with turkey. Top with remaining bread slice, sauce side down.
- Insert 1 toothpick near each corner of sandwich and slice diagonally into 4 triangles.
