½tablespoon chipotle pepper adobo sauce(or to taste)
3sliceswhole grain bread
2lettuce leaves
3tomato slices
3slicescooked bacon
3ouncesthinly sliced turkey breast
Instructions
Combine orange juice, oil and chipotle pepper in food processor or blender until smooth.
Toast bread and spread 1 side of each bread slice with chipotle-citrus sauce.
Assemble sandwich by placing one slide of bread, sauce-side-up, on a plate. Layer with lettuce, tomato and bacon. Then add another slide of bread and layer with turkey. Top with remaining bread slice, sauce side down.
Insert 1 toothpick near each corner of sandwich and slice diagonally into 4 triangles.
