Pastrami Reuben Sandwich
Stacked with savory pastrami, tangy sauerkraut and creamy Thousand Island dressing, this classic Reuben sandwich is grilled to perfection on rye bread for a bold, deli-style bite.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 8 slices muenster cheese
- 8 ounces deli-sliced beef pastrami
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat large skillet over medium heat. Lay one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan. Spread top of bread with thousand island dressing. Top with one slice of cheese, pastrami, sauerkraut and second slice of cheese. Place second slice of bread, butter side up, on top.
- Cook 3-4 minutes per side, or until toasted and cheese melts. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
