This tangy turkey sandwich is layered with tender turkey, crisp veggies and bold flavor for an easy, protein-packed lunch.¼

Tangy Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons whipped light cream cheese
  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 1 tablespoon chopped, marinated sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 ounces roasted turkey breast
  • 3 slices red onion
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices cucumber

Instructions

  • Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread. Top with sun-dried tomatoes and layer with turkey, onion, lettuce and cucumber. Top with second slice of bread.
