Tangy Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons whipped light cream cheese
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1 tablespoon chopped, marinated sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 ounces roasted turkey breast
- 3 slices red onion
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices cucumber
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread. Top with sun-dried tomatoes and layer with turkey, onion, lettuce and cucumber. Top with second slice of bread.
