Slow Cooker Italian Beef Wrap
Tender slow cooker Italian beef wrapped in a soft pita makes this sandwich rich, juicy and perfect for an easy, hands-off meal.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef chuck roast trimmed, cut into large chunks
- 1 (0.6 oz.) packet Italian salad dressing mix
- 8 ounces pepperoncini pepper slices plus 1-2 teaspoons of juice
- 8 ounces Giardiniera drained
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can beef broth
- 8 pita flatbreads
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
Instructions
- In a 6-quart slow cooker, place chuck roast and sprinkle with Italian salad dressing mix. Add pepperoncini and juice, Giardiniera and beef broth. Cook on low for 9 hours, or until meat shreds easily with a fork. Shred with a fork and cook on low for another hour.
- Place flatbread on a plate and layer with shredded meat and cheese. Top with additional pepperoncini peppers and Giardiniera, if desired.
