Ham & Pimento Cheese Drop Biscuits
Ham and pimento cheese are the perfect combo for these delicious drop biscuits that are so easy to make!

Ingredients
- 3 cup all-purpose flour (or mix half and half with whole wheat)
- 1 cup pimento cheese
- ¾ cup diced ham
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¾ cup unsalted butter frozen
- 1 ½ cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Spray two baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, ham, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
- Grate butter using the large holes of a box grater and stir into flour mixture.
- Add milk and combine until a soft dough forms.
- Using a cookie or ice cream scoop, drop 2-inch mounds onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 14-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
