English Muffin French Toast
Traditional French Toast but with a English twist! Turn English muffins into a delectable breakfast with this recipe. Top with your favorite fruit, powdered sugar and whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 4 English muffins halved
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat large skillet over low to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
- Scramble eggs in a bowl. Dip English muffins, one by one, into the egg mixture then place in skillet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Cook 30-40 seconds per side, or until golden brown. Repeat as needed with remaining English muffins.
- Top with fruit, powdered sugar and syrup, if desired.
