English Muffin French Toast
Traditional French Toast but with a English twist! Turn English muffins into a delectable breakfast with this recipe. Top with your favorite fruit, powdered sugar and whipped cream.

granulated sugar

cinnamon
Instructions
Heat large skillet over low to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Scramble eggs in a bowl. Dip English muffins, one by one, into the egg mixture then place in skillet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Cook 30-40 seconds per side, or until golden brown. Repeat as needed with remaining English muffins.
Top with fruit, powdered sugar and syrup, if desired.
