Chicken Avocado Grilled Cheese
Step up your grilled cheese game but adding creamy avocado, roasted red peppers and deli-sliced chicken.
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 2 ounced deli-slided chicken breast
- 4 slices roasted red peppers
- 1/2 avocado mashed
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice bread. Place 1 slice, butter-side-down, in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Top with mashed avocado, roasted red peppers, chicken and cheese. Place other slice of bread, butter-side-up, on top.
- Cook 3-5 minutes, flipping intermittently, until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
