Bagel Breakfast Sandwich
Enjoy breakfast on-the-go with complete with a fresh-cooked egg scramble, melty cheese and tomato on an everything bagel.
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 everything bagel
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 slice smoked gouda cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook, stirring consistently, until egg is scrambled and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, toast bagel and set aside.
- Add eggs to toasted bagel and top with tomato and cheese.
