PB & Banana Sandwich with chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup natural almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 3 teaspoon semisweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine almond butter and honey in a small bowl.
  • Spread almond butter evenly over 4 slices of bread. Layer banana slices and chocolate chips on 2 slices of bread, then top with remaining bread slices to create 2 sandwiches.
