Salmon Caesar Salad Sandwiches
Flaky salmon meets crisp romaine and creamy Caesar dressing in this easy sandwich that's fresh, protein-packed and perfect for a quick lunch.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 whole wheat bagels
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Place salmon fillets parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Broil 10-12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. Separate salmon into chunks with fork and cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, brush cut sides of bagels lightly with oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and cheese. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes, or until toasted.
- Combine mayonnaise and caesar dressing in large bowl. Add lettuce and toss to combine. Gently fold in salmon.
- Divide salad evenly among bagel bottoms and add tops to make a sandwich.
