Place salmon fillets parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
Broil 10-12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. Separate salmon into chunks with fork and cool slightly.
Meanwhile, brush cut sides of bagels lightly with oil and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and cheese. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes, or until toasted.
Combine mayonnaise and caesar dressing in large bowl. Add lettuce and toss to combine. Gently fold in salmon.
Divide salad evenly among bagel bottoms and add tops to make a sandwich.
