Turkey Green Goddess Sandwich

This turkey sandwich with green goddess dressing is fresh, herby and packed with flavor for an easy, satisfying lunch.

Turkey Green Goddess Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 slices Arnold Healthy Multi-grain bread
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 2 butter lettuce leaves
  • 3 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup microgreens
  • 2 tablespoons Green Goddess dressing

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice and salt. Spread on 1 side of each bread slice.
  • Layer cucumber, lettuce, turkey, sprouts and microgreens on 1 slice of bread. Drizzle with Green Goddess dressing and top with other slice of bread, avocado side down.
