Turkey Green Goddess Sandwich
This turkey sandwich with green goddess dressing is fresh, herby and packed with flavor for an easy, satisfying lunch.

Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 slices Arnold Healthy Multi-grain bread
- 4 slices cucumber
- 2 butter lettuce leaves
- 3 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup microgreens
- 2 tablespoons Green Goddess dressing
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice and salt. Spread on 1 side of each bread slice.
- Layer cucumber, lettuce, turkey, sprouts and microgreens on 1 slice of bread. Drizzle with Green Goddess dressing and top with other slice of bread, avocado side down.
