Turkey Green Goddess Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices Arnold Healthy Multi-grain bread
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 Avocado mashed
- 1/4 cup Butter lettuce
- 1/4 cup Bean sprouts
- 4 slices Cucumber
- 3 slices Turkey breast
- 1/4 cup Microgreens
- 2 tbsp Green Goddess dressing
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir lemon juice and salt into mashed avocado, and spread on 1 side of each bread slice. Layer butter lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, turkey and microgreens on 1 slice of bread, and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing. Cap with remaining bread slice, avocado side down.
