Supreme Pizza Drop Biscuits
These pizza drop biscuits are loaded with classic toppings. They are cheesy, savory and perfect for an easy snack or crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (or mix half and half with whole wheat flour)
- 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
- 1 ¼ teaspoons garlic powder divided
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup butter frozen
- 1 ½ cup whole milk
- 12 slices pepperoni diced
- 2 green onions chopped
- ½ cup finely diced green pepper
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
- Mix flour, baking powder, ¾ tsp. garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt in a bowl.
- Grate butter using the large holes of a box grater and stir into dry ingredients.
- Stir in milk, pepperoni, onion, peppers and cheese until well blended.
- Using a cookie or ice cream scoop, drop 2-inch mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Stir melted butter and remaining ½ tsp. garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush onto tops of warm biscuits.
