Grilled Pesto Chicken Sandwich
Grilled chicken, melty cheese, roasted red peppers and pesto come together for a delicious grilled chicken sandwich you'll love.
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast pounded thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices Arnold 100% Whole Wheat bread
- 1 slice Provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 1 roasted red pepper sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and place on hot grill. Cook 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Place bread on grill. Top chicken with cheese, close grill lid and cook 1 minute, or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
- Remove from grill and slice.
- Spread pesto on 1 slice of bread. Layer with chicken and roasted red peppers. Top with second bread slice.
