A Greek-style vegetarian pita sandwich for a delicious Mediterranean meal!

Greek Veggie Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 pita halves
  • 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing

Instructions

  • Mix kale or spinach, tomatoes, feta and pesto.
  • Add vegetables to pita halves and drizzle with Greek dressing.
