English Muffin Breakfast Casserole
Combine all the flavors of your favorite breakfast sandwich into one easy, make-ahead casserole. Great for meal prep, busy weekdays or holiday weekends.

Ingredients
- 8 English Muffins cut into 1-inch cubes
- 16 ounces cooked turkey or ham diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups 2% milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9-inch casserole dish.
- Add bread cubes, turkey or ham, and cheese. Mix until incorporated.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
