English Muffin Breakfast Casserole
Combine all the flavors of your favorite breakfast sandwich into one easy, make-ahead casserole. Great for meal prep, busy weekdays or holiday weekends.

Ingredients

cut into 1-inch cubes

cooked turkey or ham
diced

shredded cheddar cheese

eggs

2% milk

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish.
Add bread cubes, turkey or ham, and cheese. Mix until incorporated.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
