Buñuelos
Here's a quick and easy take on a traditional Mexican pastry, buñuelos.

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients
- 4 pita breads cut into eight triangles each
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, add pita triangles, butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Toss to coat.
- Transfer to a large baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
