Balsamic Berry and Turkey Salad Sandwiches

You'll want to brown-bag it because these easy-to-make turkey salad sandwiches, made special with strawberries, green onion and balsamic vinegar, are better than you'll get at any deli.

Balsamic Berry and Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 ounces reduced-sodium deli turkey breast chopped
  • 2 green onions sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 4 slices whole grain honey oat bread toasted
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • Mix mayonnaise and vinegar in a medium bowl until smooth. Add turkey, green onions, strawberries and pecans and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the turkey salad and lettuce evenly between 2 bread slices.
