Hemp Banana Nut Toast

Get an extra boost from your usual breakfast toast with the addition of almond butter, fruit and hemp seeds. Almond butter adds fiber and minerals, while hemp seeds provide healthy omega-3 fatty acids and protein.

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 6 tbsp Simple Truth™ Smooth Almond Butter
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds


  • Place bread slices in toaster. Toast until lightly golden brown.
  • While toast is warm, spread each piece with 1½ tablespoons almond butter.
  • Top with banana slices and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Serve immediately.
