Stacey is the principal consulting Registered Dietitian for the Grain Foods Foundation and President of FoodWell Strategies. A strategic food and wellness business builder, she partners with associations, organizations and brands to drive business through leveraging insights and evidence. Stacey is grounded in Farm-to-Fork issues as a 5th generation farmer, and is also a passionate believer that food is more than simply nutrients—it is also the compilation of our celebrations, memories, and culture. With over 25 years of experience as an RD, Stacey’s expertise centers in evidence-based marketing of foods and wellness.
