Greek Veggie Pita
A Greek-style vegetarian pita sandwich for a delicious Mediterranean meal!
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale or spinach
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 2 pita halves
- 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing
Instructions
- Mix kale or spinach, tomatoes, feta and pesto.
- Add vegetables to pita halves and drizzle with Greek dressing.
