  • 1/2 cup Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size cereal (crushed to 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped apple


  • In small bowl stir together cereal and cinnamon. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.
  • Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
