Ingredients
  

  • 2 (12.5 oz.) cans chicken breast
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup crumbled feta or blue cheese
  • 6 naan or pita flatbreads
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions
 

  • Mix chicken, celery, buffalo sauce and cheese in large bowl.
  • Top each flatbread evenly with chicken. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Bonus Tip: The buffalo chicken salad also works great as a topping on a frozen cheese pizza!
