  • 1/2 cup Special K® Protein
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon chopped avocado
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  • Combine Special K® Protein with yogurt.
  • Stir in cayenne and top with avocado.
