Orzo Salad with Feta Cheese & Avocado

Ingredients
- 16 ounces large grain orzo
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes halved
- 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 2 avocados diced
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 lemon zested
Instructions
- Prepare orzo according to package directions. Drain and let it cool.
- Add tomatoes, feta, avocados, green onions, garlic, olive oil, salt, marjoram, orange juice and lemon zest to cooled pasta. Toss to mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
