Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup all-purpose flour (or mix half and half with whole wheat)
  • 1 cup prepared pimento cheese spread
  • ¾ cup diced ham
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter frozen
  • 1 ½ cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees, prepared two sheet pans with baking spray.
  • In a large bowl combine flour, cheese spread, ham, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Grate butter using the large holes of a box grater, stir into the flour mixture.
  • Add milk and combine until a soft dough forms.
  • Using a cookie or ice cream scoop, drop 2-inch mounds onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake 14-18 minutes until golden brown.
