
Black Bean Breakfast Flatbread Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 large eggs or 2/3 cup egg substitute
- 1 small flatbread
- ½ cup canned nonfat refried black beans warmed
- ½ medium tomato sliced
- 3 avocado slices
Instructions
- Heat butter in small skillet over medium-low heat. Whisk eggs and add to pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until cooked. Remove from heat.
- Place flatbread on plate. Spread with refried black beans and top with eggs, tomato and avocado.
