"Day After" Turkey Sandwich

- 1 Aunt Millie's Whole Grain Dinner Roll
- Cooking Spray
- 1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 2 ounces leftover Turkey
- 1/4 cup stuffing
- 2 Tablespoons Cranberry Sauce
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Open dinner roll, and spray the top portion with cooking spray. 3. Spread the bottom portion with cream cheese. 4. Top with the leftover turkey and season with salt and pepper as desired. 5. Top with stuffing. 6. Top the stuffing with cranberry sauce. 7. Place on a flat baking sheet. Place the top of the dinner roll flat on a baking pan next to the assembled sandwiches. (This will toast the top portion as well as the bottom portion of the roll.) 8. Bake in oven for approximately 5-10 minutes until heated through.
