Mix oats, flax seed, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl. Add almond butter, honey and vanilla. Mix well to form a sticky dough. (If dough is too sticky, add more rolled oats. If dough is a bit too dry, add more almond butter to get just the right consistency.)
Roll into 1-inch balls. Place in airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to one week.
