Slice rolls horizontally and place bottom half of rolls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl. Spread over bottom half of rolls. Top with turkey, cheese, and red peppers. Cover with the top halves of the rolls. Brush the tops with oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake 10-15 minutes, or until toasted and cheese is melted. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and cut into slider sandwiches.
