Thanksgiving Leftovers Breakfast Casserole
Turn leftovers into this easy Thanksgiving breakfast casserole with turkey, stuffing and eggs. It is hearty, comforting, and perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2% milk

smoked paprika

leftover cooked vegetables
cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2
cup
shredded leftover turkey or chicken
Instructions
Preheat the over to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan and set aside.
Whisk eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in bread, half the cheese, milk, paprika and salt. Fold in vegetables and turkey or chicken.
Pour into the prepared baking pan and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 40-45 minutes, or until the top is browned and firm. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
