Summer Crispy Tostada
This crispy tostada is layered with fresh toppings and bold flavor. It is an easy, crunchy meal perfect for summer lunches or dinners.

Ingredients

plum tomatoes
chopped

chopped cilantro

diced red onion

corn tortilla tostadas
1 (15 oz.)
can
black beans
drained and rinsed
1 1/2
cups
queso fresco or goat cheese
crumbled

leaves iceberg or Romaine lettuce
shredded
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, cilantro, onion, lime juice and hot sauce. Set aside.
To assemble, place each tostada on a plate. Top with beans, cheese, lettuce and salsa.
