Peach Cobbler English Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can diced peaches in juice drained
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 English muffins sliced and toasted
- 1 dash cinnamon
Instructions
- Toss peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Top toasted English Muffin halves and sprinkle with cinnamon.
