1 (15 oz.)cansliced peachespacked in juice, drained
Instructions
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 4 slices of bread. Layer with 1 slide cheese, spinach, peach slices, 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of bread.
Cook 4-5 minutes, flip each sandwich and cook additional 4-5 minutes, or until browned on both side and cheese is melted.
