Green Goddess dressing, tangy herbed goat cheese and fresh, crisp vegetables pair for a crunchy and satisfying sandwich.

herbed goat cheese

avocados
sliced

European cucumbers
peeled, thinly sliced

Heirloom tomatoes

Romaine lettuce

Instructions
Lay bread on large cutting board.
Spread Green Goddess dressing on 6 slices of bread.
Spread goat cheese on remaining 6 slices of bread. Layer with avocado, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Top sandwiches with slices of bread with Green Goddess dressing, dressing side down.
