Bagel Bruschetta

Ingredients

whole wheat bagel
cut in half

teaspoon
olive oil

clove
garlic
cut in half

tomato
diced
1
tablespoon
chopped fresh basil leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Brush cut sides of bagel halves with oil. Broil, cut-side up, 2 minutes or until bagels are toasted. Rub with garlic.
Mix tomato and basil in a small bowl. Season with black pepper.
Top bagels with tomato mixture.
