Apple Tuna Sandwiches
A twist on the traditional tuna salad sandwich, this version features a combination of sweet and tangy flavors.

Ingredients

canned tuna, packed in water
drained

apple
peeled, chopped

cup
low-fat plain yogurt

teaspoon
mustard

teaspoon
honey

whole wheat bread

lettuce leaves
Instructions
Mix tuna, apple, yogurt, mustard and honey in a medium bowl. Stir well.
Spread 1/2 cup tuna each onto 3 slices of bread. Top with lettuce and another slice of bread.
