Turkey Green Goddess Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Arnold Healthy Multi-grain bread
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 Avocado mashed
  • 1/4 cup Butter lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Bean sprouts
  • 4 slices Cucumber
  • 3 slices Turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup Microgreens
  • 2 tbsp Green Goddess dressing

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, stir lemon juice and salt into mashed avocado, and spread on 1 side of each bread slice. Layer butter lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, turkey and microgreens on 1 slice of bread, and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing. Cap with remaining bread slice, avocado side down.
