  • 1lb. large grain orzouncooked
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 3cloves garlicminced
  • 2cups green onionschopped
  • 2pints cherry tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 container feta cheesecrumbled, 6 oz
  • 6teaspoon fresh marjoram leavescrumbled or 1dried ground
  • 2 avocadoscubed
