Pumpkin Breakfast Barley
Switch up your morning routine with barley! Flavors of pumpkin, vanilla and maple syrup make this a perfect winter super breakfast.
- 1 cup barley rinsed and drained
- 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- In a slow cooker stir all the ingredients together and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
