Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup barley rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a slow cooker stir all the ingredients together and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
