Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen chopped kale or spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 Tbsp prepared pesto
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 4 Tbsp Greek salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 pita halves (or flatbread or naan)

Instructions
 

  • Mix kale with pesto; add in grape tomatoes and cheese.
  • Stuff pita halves with mixture and drizzle with Greek dressing.
